Organization effectiveness - Absorb business strategy, identify implications and priorities, implement action plans, and evaluate interventions around organization design, leadership team effectiveness, employee engagement, and business capability development.
Manage and implement organization change (in terms of objectives, structure, processes, resource, performance and capabilities) to deliver continuous organizational improvements
Diagnose and deliver full talent interventions (quality, diversity and depth) against business needs
Strong leadership presence and impact as a senior management to contribute towards the HR agenda
Be a role model for engaging, leading and developing people in the business by releasing their potential
Degree qualified with at least 10 years of progressive HR experience and willing to be hands-on
Experience in a start-up role, setting up of an appropriate HR structure from ground up will be an advantage
Entrepreneur and work well in an owner managed outfit and transform into a corporate setup
Prior experience managing a sizeable headcount
Bilingual language in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Strong knowledge and experience with Indonesia labour law
Prior experience in labour relations and have a strong ability to provide counselling, grievance handling, people management and effective problem solving skills
Willing to locate in Medan is a must
