Job Description

  • Responsible for the overall accounting functions
  • Manage & lead the team to ensure efficiency of day to day operation of overall accounting & financial functions, i.e. General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Inventory Function.
  • Ensure monthly financial and management accounts are prepared in a timely manner and in compliance with statutory requirements and relevant Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
  • To ensure compliance with the policies and procedures regarding all financial administration functions, including payroll, office administrative as well as inventory management.
  • Preparation of periodic reports for management review.
  • Attend any ad-hoc tasks / analysis requested by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant Diploma/Degree in Accountancy and its equivalent
  • At least 3 years working experience in accountancy with knowledge of handling full set of accounts.
  • Equipped with knowledge of accounting software such as UBS System
  • Possess strong operational sense for internal controls.
  • Good communication skills in both oral and written.
