Job Description

  • Responsible for preparing & Settle cash advance
  • Responsible in handling Petty Cash
  • Responsible in follow up and doing payments and claims
  • Prepare Transaction reconciliation of AP, AR, Tax and Bank
  • Organize and Lead Team
  • Supervise all revenue, expenses and Inventory
  • Responsible in Internal control and external expenditure are recorded and handled properly
  • Keep internal and external regulation and relevant authority
  • Manage for Administration
  • Manage Tax, Accounting & Finance, Payroll

Job Requirements

  • Female
  • S1 Degree in Accounting or equivalent from reputable universities
  • Excellent skill in Accounting, Finance and Tax
  • Excellent Communication skill in English
  • Excellent PC operations skill and familiar with operating Accounting Software
  • Requires 5 - 10 years working experience of Finance and Accounting managerial, preferable as IT or Services Company
  • Strong leadership & interpersonal skills to motivate an accounting and finance team
  • Mature and has a good analytical thinking, sense of responsibility and influencing skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business needs
  • Must have strong analytical skills and familiar with tax management and indonesian law guidelines
  • Have excellent health condition
