The factory manager will define and manage the KPIs of the factory. Work closely with production manager as well as human resource in order to take the right decision and increase the capacity of production of the whole factory. Work closely with the quality manager to insure a quality level at the highest limit.
Manage a team of 12 managers and 200-400 workers. Reporting to COO of the daily operation.
Experience in seafood processing is highly recommended.
Knowledge / knowhow in HACCP is needed.
Build up strong team around and run the ship
Preferably local person with strong abilities in English is preferred
Bilingual in English and Vietnamese is necessary to handle this job (French, on the top of English and Vietnamese abilities, is a plus but not necessary)
