Job Description

  • Assist in the development of portfolio strategy including workplace standards for the organization.
  • Must also plan, review, manage and report the portfolio planning for various business units along with recommend solutions to add value for the group.
  • Must lead and manage the projects including all end-to-end activities from space planning, layout design & furniture management.
  • Work with project managers to achieve targets and control inventory, capital and operating expenditures.

Job Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in facilities management, workplace planning, property management & portfolio management.
  • Be highly motivated with a strategic and proactive approach to your work.
  • Must have a relevant degree in facilities management, real estate, interior design or planning.
  • Must have strong English & Cantonese skills
