Assist in the development of portfolio strategy including workplace standards for the organization.
Must also plan, review, manage and report the portfolio planning for various business units along with recommend solutions to add value for the group.
Must lead and manage the projects including all end-to-end activities from space planning, layout design & furniture management.
Work with project managers to achieve targets and control inventory, capital and operating expenditures.
At least 6 years of relevant experience in facilities management, workplace planning, property management & portfolio management.
Be highly motivated with a strategic and proactive approach to your work.
Must have a relevant degree in facilities management, real estate, interior design or planning.
Must have strong English & Cantonese skills
