Job Description

  • Identify, communicate and coordinate with distributors and customers in defined export markets and build business relationship with them
  • Negotiate with, convince & persuade distributors to execute sales and achieve business objectives
  • Define best business driver in each market
  • Guarantee brands visibility in OTC distribution
  • Analyzing and reviewing market response/requirements and formulating effective, measured responses to meet the export sales and business requirements.
  • Exploring new growth opportunities to develop new business as well as leverage on existing customers to ensure sustainable business
  • Providing market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the country leadership team and working out solutions to achieve business objectives
  • Planning and developing the sales infrastructure in line with the long term business plans
  • Understand ethical market in the three countries: Health system, ethical channels contribution: innovation, quality, compliance
  • Take care of export documentations, liaison with various government and non-government departments like excise, export promotion bureau, shipping company etc.
  • Expedite export arrangements and maintain current information on export tariffs, licenses and Restrictions
  • Evaluating and selecting freight forwarders

Job Requirements

  • Male or Female, Thai Nationality
  • Age 27- 45 years old.
  • Bachelor or Masters in management with specialization in Marketing, Sales, International Business or
  • Business Management preferable
  • 5-6 years experiences in a FMCG Company, experience in Export Management in the three countries preferable
  • Experience in building and maintaining business relationship with distributors / customers
  • Thorough hands on experience with complete export cycle
  • Strong cultural agility, propose new ideas, challenge existing model
  • Work independently, reliable, trustworthy
  • Familiar with Incoterms, government agencies, basic laws and regulations for movement of goods overseas
  • Thorough knowledge and practical experience on shipment policy and custom regulation
  • Should be well conversant with International business norms
  • Excellent in English for verbal, written, communication, other Language ability is an advantageskills
  • Good relationship building, negotiation skills and listening skills
  • Demonstrated outstanding people leadership capabilities
  • Good computer knowledge and operation
  • Ability to travel overseas at anytime.
