Minimum Bachelor Degree from Food Technology or other related educational background in reputable University with minimum GPA 3,00.
Maximum 45 years old.
5-8 years of strong experience in the field of export sales management in South East Asia and Middle East, preferably in food ingredients industry.
Excellent in international networking by having connections with potential distributors, customers as well as understanding targeted country's regulatory
Excellent in sales operations: the execution with precision and speed using project management tool
Excellent in leadership and management skills, must be able to work with all functions and all mix cultures in a rapidly growing company
Articulate in English
Shows strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Having good knowledge with Microsoft Office especially in presentations and spreadsheets
Willing to work on holidays
Willing to travel frequently
