Responsible for the directions of Company’s business activities
Drive the development of Channel Business strategies for Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Supermarket channels, B2B & B2C business to achieve sales revenue and units and market share objectives in Thailand, USA, Middle East, India, etc.
Managing and providing direction to the product development and marketing teams.
Build strong and successful business relationships with key players to enable delivery of sales growth targets.
Develop plans and profiles of key customers with all regions and maintain an excellent understanding including distribution, pricing, competitors, opportunities, threats etc.
To prepare a yearly business plan which would indicate the desired objectives in sales, market share, profitability and overall performance of the organization.
To have clear understanding of the market, factors influencing it, challenges and opportunities and take action to meet such factors therefore benefiting the performance of the organization.
Communicate market intelligence to senior manager on a regular basis.
Manage key incentive programs and activities to ensure success such as merchandising programs, special offers, in-store promotions etc.
Recommend and assist with additional activities to assist with retail/channel business including tradeshows/roadshows, launch events, partner opportunities, etc.
Conduct Market Sizing and Competitor Analysis to develop a coordinated strategy to increase market penetration, market share and transaction volume
Utilize strong analytical and presentation skills to structure innovative and sound commercial agreements

At least 10 years of working experience in managerial level such as Sales Director
Solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning is essential
Demonstrated experience and track record in channel sales
Experience operating within a channel based business model.
Excellent management skills – Able to lead and mentor a large team of people
Excellent strategic planning skills and an able to initiate senior management meetings and lead from the front in the marketplace.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across functional lines and excellent cross-cultural experience and capabilities.
Solid leadership skills with strong oral and written communication skills, drive, sense of urgency, and energy levels.
Demonstrated experience in hands on development, execution and measurement of marketing communication strategies.
Exceptional project & time management skills.
Flexible, pro-active and enthusiastic team player with an unrelenting drive to deliver revenue and results.
