The Engagement Director is the primary contact for Advertising and Marketing Clients on a specific lane, or lanes of business. The Engagement Director is also the liaison between the venders, business stakeholders and cross-functional inter-agency team leaders. This individual provides overall account and business leadership as well as insight into the integration of strategic direction, creative development, and production management, ensuring that project goals are met and client expectations are exceeded.
The Engagement Director must be ready to immerse her/himself in a highly-accountable, highly-visible role, and be comfortable working closely with the senior leadership team as well as Project Management and Technology to drive results.
This role is focusing on a major piece of automotive business so in-depth automotive experience is essential.
