Job Description

  • Responsible for strategic E-commerce merchandising execution.
  • Plan and manage a set of KPIís to achieve overall budgets including sales, margin, etc
  • Manage in-season risks and opportunities and identify action plans to deliver KPIs.
  • Deliver the Online sales growth, conversion, average order value for E-commerce product areas.
  • Sourcing products for e-commerce/social media market.
  • Work closely with Buyer from Commercial Team.
  • Work with marketing to develop seasonal and promotional product releases and propose merchandise categories to complement the marketing calendar.
  • Maximize sales performance of the product catalog by identifying opportunities through analytical data on best sellers, new reaction, current and upcoming trends.
  • Analyze and identify range, product, pricing and brand opportunities within the market.
  • Develop and manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure best prices, best item selection and availability.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and new products.
  • Conduct regular competitor and market analysis on range and be aware of competitor promotions and recommend relevant product development actions.
  • Manage suppliers and coordinate with fulfillment services to ensure stock is available for shipment in accordance with marketing calendar.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorís Degree preferred in Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field or Associateís Degree and equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a manager and 5 years experience in online merchandising, web content management, or related field preferably in retail environment.
  • Broad knowledge of ecommerce best practices, user experience, and web merchandising.
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Ability to be self-directed and manage multiple priorities simultaneously within tight deadlines .
  • Well-organized and pro-active with great attention to details and adaptable to the fast-pace of retail business dynamics.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work on tight deadlines.
  • Understanding and interest of internet & e-commerce business.
  • Good command of both spoken and written Thai and English required.
