Up-loading approved room rates, allotments, cut-off date, promotional packages, etc. by Chief Commercial Officer into the contracted internet agents website or inform to the agents.
Monitor and search any possible potential internet agents which the Company is not yet listed or selling. Contact and arrange to be included in their sales item after reporting to your superior.
Monitor and check to make sure the Company exposure is maximized in their web-site such as Company photo quality or selection, listed positioning among competitors, Company information accuracy, etc. Make contact to fix/arrange to be more appropriate.
Research the market on each online travel agent to give the solutions and right offers to develop selling rooms.
Check online reservation made within the day; ensure the booking was input correctly in property management system.
Closely work with reservation section in term of online bookings to ensure a smooth process of the department.
Handle questions/complaints from online guests about rate/promotion/payment method/ process of booking.
Analysis the contribution of online channels (compare with the total Company revenue and target)
Update the campaign program and private sales of all online travel agents to participate for the purpose of advertising, marketing and gaining business.
Suggest the management team if any idea about rate/ package/ promotion for the purpose of increasing revenue.
Biweekly monitor & report competitor’s next 2 week’s internet rate & packages up-dates.
Keep good relationship with market managers and have their support in term of increasing Company image, revenue and handle guest’s requests and troubles.
Entertain potential or supportive partners to appreciate business support.
Weekly/ monthly report production via online channels to Chief Commercial Officer.
Put in place and use mechanisms to track progress towards achievement of goals and monitor projects and/or your own work area
