The ideal Duty Manager will come from a 4 or 5 Star background, have at least 3 years experience of working within all operational areas as well as have at least 2 years experience at a Supervisory or Junior Management level. Also you must have excellent communication skills with a good command of written & spoken English or Japanese, be customer focused and have the ability to motivate others, leading by example.
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
- At least 02 years previous duty manager experience required.
- Should possess excellent management & communications skills.
- Excellent sales & marketing skills
- Fluent in English or Japanese
- Should have excellent customer care skills
- Should have strong administration skills.
- This position will include early, late and night shifts as required in line with the business needs
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, using fingers and hands, kneeling, or crouching.
