Job Description


  • Assist in developing / creating suitable and appropriate employee engagement initiatives / activities to enhance EVP (Employee value proposition)

  • Project manager various engagement activities to ensure effective implementation of engagement initiatives and measure the results

Job Requirements


  • 5 years' work experience in HRM/HRD fields

  • Preferably Master's degree in Human Resources or related fields

  • Good Command of English language (spoken / writing)

  • Good project management skills

  • Ability to use Microsoft excel and Power Point at intermediate level
