In cooperation with Trainers provide job training for sales assistants including: system usage, product knowledge and sales techniques.
Control of quality of sales performance, drive quality initiatives
Control and manage sales points efficiency
Support good image of HC company
2 years solid experience in Sales as Sales Supervisor/Officer/Manager
Has experience in managing/supervising people
Preferably from Manufacturing, Retail, Food and Beverage, Hotel and Restaurant Industry
Has good ENGLISH communication skills
Willing to do field-based job
