Report to the General Manager; direct the hotel Sales development and solicitation in national, regional, corporate, and leisure markets.
Develop and execute the Sales plans for hotels and all direct reports.
Direct the activities and manage the performance of the Hotelsí sales teams.
Supervise the quality and standard of all sales promotional ads, direct sales & marketing campaigns
Achieve established production goals (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Be responsible for forecasting, monitoring and report demand to the Management and to Accor Sales & Revenue Solutions Department.
Draft the annual sales and marketing plan.
Establish sales call quotas for all team members responsible for direct sales solicitation.
Continually evaluate sales performance.
Previous successful experience at similar position
Good and fluent English in reading, listening, writing and speaking (other languages are preferred, espcially Japanese or Korean)
Good presentation, interpersonal, communication & analytical skill
Strong understanding of overall hotel business
