Job Description

  • Report to Managing Director
  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Manage team of Sales Managers
  • Develop and Implement sales strategies and programs.
  • To build a sales pipeline of opportunities in line with targets
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations and manage RFP responses.
  • Produce a monthly sales forecasts and reports showing all sales activity and opportunities
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • To be able to travel within Asia Pacific to attend tradeshows and exhibition as well as sales present presentations.
  • To promote the McLaren brand professionally and effectively to the market

Job Requirements

  • Singaporeans and PR only
  • Must be able to travel
  • Managing a sales cycle to a successful conclusion
  • Excellent Networking and Presentation Skills
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Must dress appropriately
  • Hospitality and Travel Industry experience
  • While not mandatory, experience with the following is a plus:
  • Technology as it applies to the Hospitality Industry
  • Micros OPERA and Hotel Property Management Systems
