The successful applicant will lead and manage the Communications team in delivering both an internal communications and external marketing strategy.
Working closely with both the Development and Admissions teams as well as Senior Management across the school, the individual will continue to identify ways to showcase Tanglin as a world class school to the local and international community.
Key projects will include web, collateral, PR/Advertising, CRM, DM, Social Media and Crisis Management. The role sits on the School Management Team and reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Degree holder or equivalent
Diploma in Marketing (DipM) or equivalent
Relevant working experience in similar capacity
Expertise in leadership of a multi-cultural and /or service-focused environment
Results oriented combined with excellent planning and organizational skills
Possess a mature personality with excellent interpersonal communication and high-level presentation skills
Excellence in written and spoken English
Strategic thinker, self-driven and strong sense of commitment
Possess the ability to influence and inspire
Possess high degree of discretion, diplomacy and tact in discharging duties
