Responsibility for overall daily outlet operations
To manage and develop strategic plans of operations under F&B areas for the Food/Restaurant business.
Monitor service and F&B quality standard including managed cost and profits of food & beverage area.
To manage the catering/ food requirements, food safety, financial control and oversee management effective staff management, including motivation, development, performance management, overseeing work schedules for all employees to ensure full value is offered to our clients and residents at all time
To maintain and continuously improve the efficiency and profitability of outlet operations
Male / Female , age between 35-45 years old
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Hotel management Marketing or any related field
Experience in Hospitality business/ Food and Beverage is a must.
At least 7 years in managerial level.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines pleasant, active and excellent interpersonal, communication skill.
Customer oriented, open minded, flexible with Can – Do attitude. Service mind and motivation skills
Good command of both written & spoken English.
Good computer literacy and presentation skill
