Director of Communications and Marketing (Cambodian national only)
The Director of Marketing and Communications will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Directors within the organization to play a key strategic and leadership role within PSK. The position requires exceptional leadership skills to guide the marketing response required to bring about measurable behaviour change and improved program sustainability.
The position plays a critical role in leading the marketing response in Cambodia by: effectively using evidence to guide communications and marketing; expanding the role of local implementing partners; and making space in the market for greater participation by private sector companies and public sectors partners.
The Director of Marketing and Communications will lead a cross functional team of communication and marketing professionals that actively engage with counterparts in other departments to achieve defined behaviour change targets and program deliverables. Organisational/departmental leadership, managing organisational change and organisational representation will be key functions of the position.
