Provide daily leadership, communicates strategic direction and manages the execution of the sales team
Develop a proactive call plan strategy to be executed by the sales team to ensure new business sales and revenue targets are achieved.
Works closely with the marketing team to help provide local market knowledge.
Maintain adequate sales staffing levels to meet the sales and service targets for the area and client management dealing with any escalated customer issues.
Male / Female; Age 38-45 years old
Bachelor / Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Proven sales leadership record within IT Telco, Information Service or Property business of at least 10 years
Experience developing, coaching and managing a high-performing sales team in a competitive and result driven environment.
Professional and clear communication coupled with the ability to network at high level and build business relationships, strong sales management and leadership, good communication &interpersonal skills and motivation
Fluent in spoken and written English
