Job Description

  • Build strong relationship with customers/clients for new business development opportunities
  • To support customer requirement such as inquiry, product technical/using etc.
  • Manage the Hiring, training plan, retention and performance of the service team
  • Identify and manage business opportunities, projects, consulting engagements, partnerships, alliances
  • To develop a business plan and service strategy for the market that ensures service goals and profitability
  • Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base
  • Develop procedures and policies for better handling customer correspondence and customer complaints
  • Establish service strategies and manage operational plan (budgets, expenses, costs, manpower, and work process) of business line in order to achieve the BL objectives and also the objective of the company.
  • Drive and review service plans and monitor the implementation
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue business development opportunities and expansion channel of existing clients in order to contribute to organization's short and long term business goals.
  • Manage and control customer service strategies that enhance the relationship with customers including the arrangement of commercial quotes and agreements IN ORDER TO ensure that customer service strategies and activities are integrated with other business
  • Drive and monitor on performance of service team and ensure that service team follow the business line standard policy and procedures IN ORDER TO meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Ensure all business relation associates are trained and coached in the correct processes and procedures IN ORDER TO meet business targets and maintain a high-performing workforce.

Job Requirements

  • Keen and well experience in Service Industry
  • Engineering background
  • Excellent and effective communication, negotiation, analysis, problem solving, decision making, judgment, management and leading skills.
  • Up to date of world class innovation, production, processing technology and service
  • Good command of English
  • Master in Business field would be advantage
  • Bachelor in Engineering
  • 5-year experience in management level
  • 10-year experience in industrial fields – After Sales Service
