Be responsible for coaching and training with Direct Sales Team
Analysing market and competitor trends to identify new sales opportunities, developing, and implementing appropriate strategies.
Plan and direct staffs responsibility and moral by providing support on one to one basis, as well as at a team level to ensure all staff work as a team to achieve the same goals.
Support sales and marketing activities by effectively promoting to prospect customers to ensure market share growth and profitability.

Bachelor degree/ Master degree in any field
Minimum 3 years in direct sales experiences.
Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and decision making skills.
Dynamic and fast within an international environment
Be very proactive, positive and have “Can Do” attitude.
Customer service and relationship orientation.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in limit time frame.
