Administer and control the operations of the financial and accounting function within Branch office, such as month-end closing, AR, AP, Taxation, Cash Flow, Insurance Commission, Claim payment, Budget/Expense, Outstanding Pre, and reconciliations.
Supervise, coach, review the works of the accounting staff to ensure accurate, timely, and record-keeping in all aspects of accounting.
Reconcile the A/P and A/R sub ledger on a regular basis.
Managing daily cash balances, ensure that cash flows are adequate to allow business to operate effectively.
Prepare and submit tax declarations, tax reports (VAT, PIT, tax assessment, tax regulations, and deal with tax department and related authorities with regard to all tax matters.
Liaising with related departments and business units on related financial and accounting issues within Branch office.
Participate in the evaluation of projects / plans to improve the accounting system / software (if any).
Others ad-hoc accounting assignments.
University or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit…
At least 5 years experience as General Accountant, Chief Accountant or similar management position.
Good knowledge in Vietnamese accounting system and tax regulations
Good English skill, both written and spoken.
Fluency in Microsoft office and hand-on experience with any of accounting software.
Honest, careful, meticulous sense of responsibility and discipline.
