Update and Strengthen company HR &Admin policies and procedures, and ensure the effective implementation of the company policy
Develop clear job description and the necessary skills of all current positions
Ensure all HR forms will be provided and implemented effective by operation sides
Supervise of all administration task such as staff attendance, staff disciplinary action, staff promotions, staff appraisal, staff movement, staff safety, and good workplace environment
Coordinate and maintain relationship with the institutions/authorities, ensure to obtain new update
Make contract, agreement and others necessary documentations
Provide support in recruitment & Selection of staff, Staff Orientation, Provide training to new and existing staff as needed
Maintain a documented salary & benefit, compensation and attendance that must be reviewed and updated monthly.
Ensure that the company has all documents, certificates, and licenses that required by the government
Work as assigned by Management
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Management or in any related fields
At least 5 years working experience in Admin/HR department with 2 years at management level
Age 30 years old up
Good command in both English and Khmer
Good knowledge of HR function, Local Labor Law, social issues and other relevant regulations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Good communication, negotiation skills, problem solving skills, decision making and strong leadership, good initiative and a good team player
Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access...)
