Job Description

  • Managing the team in handling incoming requests correctly and efficiently. 
  • Checking the files of all imminent arrivals to ensure seamless transition from a reservation to operational excellence
  • Ensuring the correct use of Khiri software, systems and SOP's
  • Local guide management, including selection, quality control, organizing training and evaluations
  • Be an advocate of the company's Core Values
  • Be second in command to the GM, assisting with Operations, Account Management and Supplier Communications
  • Increase company visibility in the industry and be an ambassador for the brand
  • Overseeing product training and knowledge sharing projects
  • Tactical relations with other Khiri Travel countries in the group

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in travel industry - preferable in Southeast Asia
  • Travel expereince in Myanmar
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch or German is an advantage)
  • A passion for travelling and open to explore different cultures
  • Service-minded person with attention to detail
  • Able to think out of the box
