Job Description

  • Reviewing and developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
  • Reviewing and developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for branches/ outlets
  • Providing help and advice to customers on company's services
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
  • Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on
  • Handling customer complaints or any major incidents (CASE Claims) , security issue or a customer being treated less than expected
  • Issuing refunds or compensation to customers
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Writing and analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the branches are providing
  • Producing written information for customers
  • Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements on customer service areas

Job Requirements

  • Min 2 years of relevant experience
  • Must be able to commit on weekends and retail hours
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior background in hotel, airlines, hospitality welcome
  • Singaporean only
