Job Description

  • To manage and develop the activities of the Customer Service Department, which include customer complaints, repairs, spare parts and technical support.
  • This position is responsible for strategy and planning of the department, people management and analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Min. Degree majoring in Public Relations, Management, Marketing Communications
  • A self-starter person, capable to work independently
  • Have entrepreneurial skills and strong business acumen
  • Experiences in Customer Service area min.7 years
  • Experiences in SCM role will be advantages
  • Good communication skills and charismatic character
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and guidance
  • Able to work with deadlines, under pressure, dedicated and responsible
