Our client is one of the world’s leading lighting system manufacturers. They are currently looking for a suitable person to join their Thailand operations in the position of Customer Quality Manager. Location: New Petchburi Road
Supporting after-sales services.
Responding to customer claims by using the SAP system.
Training customers and internal staff.
Creating monthly and quarterly reports.
Satisfying customer’s technical needs in order to win future projects.
Providing good services to customers and increasing sales.
Being a contact point for customers (both before and after sales).
Coordinating activities between sales staff, all factory teams, and quality, manufacturing and R&D teams.
Male or female, aged 28 – 35 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or any related fields.
At least 3-years’ experience in a manufacturing plant, R&D or quality department is required.
Good command of English.
Good team player with a focus on total customer service satisfaction.
Committed to assigned tasks.
Able to travel.
