Job Description

  • Be they key factory liaison person on all technical and operational matters with the customer.
  • Coordinate all customers' engineering builds and qualification builds with relevant factory teams to maximize our resources.
  • Be the consultant on factory's Process / Package Capabilities to the sales/TPM teams & provide recommendations to cater
  • for customer's Quality and Reability.
  • Working closely with NPI team on BOM & Process Flow recommendation that meet the customer's Quality & Reability.
  • Manage Risk Assessment & Risk Mitigation by working with factory's QA, PE and NPI teams.
  • Monitor & track the progress of key deliverables to achieve defined key Milesone and Success Criteria Including regular communication with customers.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering ( Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering ) or equivalent.
  • Must be able to speak and write well in both Japanese and English
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in semi-conductor industry. OSAT experience will be an advantage.
  • Excellent Comunication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to adapt to challenging situations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
