- Background in economics/ sales/ business administration, minimum bachelor degree
- Have at least 7 years of experiences in Sales MNC, preferably in FMCG industry
- Good understanding of sales system in both Traditional Trade and Modern Trade
- Strong at influencing, negotiation, leadership, and coaching skill
- Good understanding of sales-related financial knowledge
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Good computer skills at M.S office and English communication
