Managing Thailand’s office in such a way that the described and agreed targets are being realized.
Yearly you have to create/update a 3-year plan for the Thai Market. This will be done yearly in September. This 3-year plan will be composed in accordance with company’s guidelines.
Provide the GM SEA with a monthly management report in which you describe the revenue development, costs, employee development, legal issues, market development etc.
Support Thailand sales team and discuss ongoing developments and strategies in order to achieve the company’s target.
Provide the team with proper instruction, information and education about safe and healthy working conditions. You indicate which personal protection materials are needed to comply to this responsibility. This has to be noted in the Job Health and Safety plan and updated constantly.
Minimum Bachelor degree Economics/Commerce or relate field.
Experience in Financial know how, regarding understanding/interpretation of the balance sheet, P&L sheet and cash flow statement
Commercial driven, service minded and customer focused.
Knowledge about international rules and regulations regarding cargo securement
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and time management.
Can do attitude, Strong negotiation skills, Strategic Thinking and able to work under pressure.
Excellent communication of both verbal and written English.
Strong in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Lotus Note
