To supervise, coach & instruct for sales team related to product knowledge.
Market analysis & propose new sales campaign.
Visit the existing customers to engage in technical selling process that allows company to expand business.
Look for new customers and open out new opportunities to add new business
Conduct product test at customer site if needed to meet customer’s purchasing criterion.
Keep track of competitor’s activity and feedback to the regional GM
Visit distributors to understand their commercial needs and coordinate actions within company resources. - Maintain and improve relationship with key decision makers at customers that allows company to be seen a value addition supplier.
Ensure that receivables are collected timely manner and take needed actions to recover.
Coordinate market campaigns, road shows and exhibitions.
Lead a team of 3 sales people, 1 customer service and 5 team members in the plant, one of which is technical support
Grow the sales team, market share and profitability
Report to Regional General Manager
An engineering background, preferably in mechanical engineering but other forms will also be considered
A background in B2B industrial sales
Fluent in English is essential and fluency in either French or Vietnamese is preferable
Experience in general management including P&L responsibility
An MBA is preferable but not essential
Experience working in the Vietnam market is highly preferable
Can formulate strategy and has a track record of motivating and leading a team
