Our client is one of the world leading (USA) IT solution providers and IT staffing business. They are now seeking for a management executive as the Thailand Country Sales Manager who will be responsible for business expansion in IT industry in Thailand.
Oversee and mnage th whole identity fr Thailand office.
Develop business models and plans to achieve corporate revenue growth.
Monitor and evaluate metrics to measure the efficiency of business plan.
Develop and manage the business development plan including sales and profitability.
Lead the analysis in understanding the IT solutions potential and the service
opportunity at account level for the different components of the portfolio
Develop an understanding of customers’ needs, by conducting business and system analyses, to deliver suitable solutions in a pre-sales consulting plan
Complete bidding work, including quotations and contract formulation
Drive profitability of automation within the assigned Market. Monitor and analyze category financial performance, report root causes of deviations and lead recovery plans.
Direct and coordinate company sales and operations functions.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
Scrutinize the sales staff performance weekly and monthly.
Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
Manage deals (solution, pricing, timeline) among business-application-infrastructure with customer, internal and other vendors
Strong focus on deal processes from initial to contract signing
Male/ Female, age 35-55
Bachelor Degree at least in IT or any fields or MBA or Master Degree.
At least 5-10 years of experience in IT Solutions/IT sourcing business/ IT Project management or System Integration.
Strong in sales and got strong connections in Banking industry.
Very strong Leadership, selling and People Management skills.
Driving for Results.
Fluency in English. Ability to communicate at all levels of management and staff, internally and externally is critical.
