Job Description

Report to: Regional Commercial Director SEA

Overall responsibility for the business of the Company; Directs and controls all Indonesia area sales activities, including the setting of sales plans, objectives and the development of future strategies; Analyzes competitive products and selling techniques, setting sales budgets/objectives, and developing pricing strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • To support or to follow up development project through technical support for Take ownership of sales growth metrics including volume, turnover, market share (%) of Indonesia;

  • Protect and grow core business, lead market expansion activities in the assigned region;

  • Direct key business/marketing interface, development of product strategies to drive growth and gathering market intelligence;

  • Work with product management team and UC managers to develop and implement growth strategies on account based, local and regional levels;

  • Manage global key accounts together with Key Account Manager;

  • Participates in allocation and planning of supply when needed;

  • Lead, manage and develop commercial team effectiveness/drive goals for growth;

  • Manage distributors/agents with set goals and metrics, performance review and drive results achievement;

  • Coach and manage commercial team development;

  • Responsible for budget, sales forecast, PMT, PPS;

  • Participates to the development of the Group Strategy;

  • Propose and implement the targeted sales network;

  • Identify, synthesize information on competitors in the area and share within the organization

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor degree in Food and Science, Business qualification is a plus

  • 6 - 8 years of experience in sales management

  • A proven track-record of meeting / exceeding sales targets

  • A go-getter / self-starter able to take initiative and operate independently of regular coaching

  • Results-oriented with clarity on customer relationship management

  • Experience in hands-on selling of products of high unit value

  • Strong, clear communication and presentation skills

  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams

  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professional
