Country Marketing Director with sole responsibility to lead the marketing teams (Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, etc) based in HCMC, Hanoi, Danang and other cities in Vietnam.
- Conceptualize and develop marketing propositions and GTM (Go to Market) strategies
- Work closely with Sales, New Product Development teams on new products and price plan launches
- Lead the set-up and manage daily operations of showrooms throughout Vietnam
- Accountable for contents creation for marketing collateral, web sites, product specifications etc
- Lead market research, sensing, pricing, analysis, trade shows and competitor analysis
- Plan and manage the country marketing budget
- Work with global and regional Marketing and Product Technology teams to shape the global/ regional Marketing/ Product Technology strategies to suit the regional's requirements
- Coach and develop the next generation of marketing leaders; whilst strengthening the local marketing teams.
