Job Description

  • Determine business plans by implementing the marketing and sales strategies: analyzing trend, product mix and etc.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting, developing market share and target for regions and provinces.
  • Establish sales campaign and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply & demand.
  • Build brand awareness by using marketing tools and increasing relationship with dealers.
  • Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees: following up on work results. 
  • Maintain staffs by recruiting, orienting and training.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Responsible and manage all functional in Hitachi Representative Office.
  • Efficiency control in Hitachi budget.
  • Distributor payment monitoring. 

Job Requirements

  • Male aged between 30 - 40 years.
  • Bachelorís or Master degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field
  • Experiences in field sales job over 3 - 5 years.
  • Computer literacy, especially on MS-Office is a must
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
