Job Description

The Country Manager will be responsible for directing, administering and coordinating the activities of the Hong Kong & Macau market in accordance with the policies, goals, and objectives established by the senior management of the Grohe group and Asian region. This responsibility includes the collective management of marketing and sales, distribution and operational functions, as well as full profit and loss responsibility for the market.

Job Description:
  • leadership of the Hong Kong & Macau business with full P&L responsibility
  • drive revenue growth as part of the broader regional and global strategy of the business
  • establish effective business process through full operational review and transformation
  • build the organisation's staff management strategy to build a sustainable and profitable business within the region

Job Requirements

  • degree qualified with an MBA or equivalent preferred
  • proven leadership qualities allied to strong commercial acumen
  • strong networks within the building and construction sector will be highly regarded
  • experience leading a business as part of a multinational organisation
  • strong communication skills in English & Chinese
