Reporting to the Board of Directors based in Singapore, your role is to lead the sales team to achieve the targets set by Board.
Provide strategic and tactical plan and execute it to achieve the targets set by the Board.
You will be required to build business network, alliance and relationship with the clients, developers, developers as well as other relevant stakeholders.
Lead, guide and manage a team of sales personnel based in satellite offices across Indonesia.
Provide market intelligence and forecast to the Board.
Prepare Annual and Monthly budget and monitor it.
Provide weekly reports to the Board and updates as and when required.
Build and lead the Marcom activities in Indonesia, with collaboration with Singapore headquarter Marcom team.
Day-to-day staff management including but not limited to recruitment, training, rewards, discipline and guidance.
Participate in management meeting, conference calls as required.
Other duties as directed by the Board.
Possess minimum a Diploma in Real Estate or Business.
Minimum 10 years of sales experience and proven track records in Indonesia market. Experience in other real estate markets is an added advantage.
Excellent networking and inter-personal skills.
Good communication skills both verbally and written. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is compulsory. Good command of English is essential for effective communication with the headquarter as well as international clients.
Possess own transport to travel locally. Frequent travels to other Indonesia cities and other countries is required.
