Job Description

Our client is a Swiss company providing Supply Chain Solutions in Air Freight, Ocean Freight and Logistics (road, rail and warehousing).

Work location: Rama IV, Bangkok

Job Summary

  • Leading Account Management Team to generate new business, maximize profit from assigned Global Accounts, Regional Accounts and SME Accounts

  • Achieve target Growth, GPI, ROI

  • Drive Account Management team to expand market share for each industrial vertical


Responsibilities

  • Manage a favorable commercial relationship with assigned account that will promote customer satisfaction, business growth and profitability

  • Ensure that all assigned accounts are managed and developed in line with the established corporate/regional strategies and all key performance indicators stipulated in the contract are fulfilled

  • Conduct business reviews, analyze and identify business opportunities, potential risks and make appropriate recommendation to management

  • Responsible for a smooth business implementation and handover of SOPs to operations and ongoing monitoring of compliance

  • Ensure compliance with operational processes by performing process monitoring and close follow-up with respective parties

  • Ensure sales team to have quality sales visits no lesser than 8 calls per week, generate sales leads in CRM

  • Maintain continuous close collaboration with Sales team to contribute in ‘Quality Improvement Process’ for all assigned accounts

  • Perform quality and timely update and maintenance of the data in CRM and monitor use of Customer Applications

Job Requirements


  • Business administration /commercial / technical / engineering background

  • Industry experience (minimum 4 years)

  • Functional experience in air / sea / logistics / SCM / customer IT solutions

  • Understanding of specific customer requirements and customers market environment

  • Strong functional and commercial understanding of business environment especially in processes

  • Demonstrated sales and account management ability

  • Complete understanding of PA (strategy, products and solutions)

  • Comprehensive local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)

  • Basic business administration competence
