Job Description

  • Performs tactical planning in achieving divisional targets as directed by the POD Head in alignment to the companyís strategic plans and objectives.
  • Considers the impact of plans on either quality improvement, lead-time reduction, cost reduction, or safety issues.
  • Organizes the resources needed in the preparation of plan implementation
  • Implements plans based on approved time schedule.
  • Creation of control mechanisms in monitoring the effectiveness of action plans.
  • Performs decision-making activities
  • Devices back-up plans for non-achievement of targets.
  • Reviews all activities performed in comparison to divisional targets every six months.
  • Studies, imposes, analyzes, and standardize systems and policies for improvement
  • Ensures that teamwork is maintained within the division.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any Business / AB / BS Course
  • Masterís Degree holder (preferred but not a requirement)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in handling managerial capacity
  • Computer literate
  • Highly analytic with excellent creativity
  • Knows variety of training concepts and techniques applied to actual presentations and material development
