Develop operational procedures and internal trainings for CR Asia operations. Support CR managers in Asia to enhance management efficiency, effectiveness and consistency.
Develop and manage training tools for business functions and suppliers in Asia to support supplier development. Develop tools and identify solutions for departmental system development.
Lead and collaborate with external and internal partners to identify, develop and implement CR projects and initiatives in Asia.
Act as primary corporate responsibility liaison for Hong Kong Liaison office and distributor. Lead and manage supplier CR development through training, auditing, remediating and capacity building.
Build industrial partnerships which may include engagements with other brands, licensees, vendors, NGOs, consultants and multi-lateral institutions in Asia.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in social sciences, economics, business management, manufacturing or industrial engineering. Post graduate qualification in Corporate Responsibility, business administration or supply chain management preferred.
At least 5 years experience in social or environmental responsibility required. Social compliance monitoring, corporate responsibility, project management, or experience in apparel or footwear industry preferred.
Proven track record of leading projects and people.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English, and Mandarin Chinese.
Based in Hong Kong, China. Able to travel and work independently in Asia.
