To procure and negotiate with contractors and suppliers for replacement & maintenance projects (Facility Management)
To manage a portfolio of goods & services categories not for resale (G&SNFR)
To deliver better products & services for our Customers, which are simpler for Staff and cheaper for Tesco.
To deliver savings target on time and in full by bringing new innovative ideas to the business and maintaining & developing a vibrant supply base.
To handle contract administration
To coordinate with design, construction, engineering and other related department
To provide procurement planning and status report and other report as per assignment
To find new potential contractors (set as KPI every year)
Bachelor degree in business administration or engineer any field(MBA would be an advantage)
Have minimum 8 years experiences for purchasing. (Experiences in retails business would be a plus)
Ability to analyze problems
Good experience in change & project management with high investigative attitude, strong analytical & problem solving skills & ability to change ‘status quo”
Highly self-motivated & driven
Effective communication & interpersonal skills
Able to energize and influence others to get the job done
Good command of written & spoken English
Good computer skills (MS Office, Oracle)
Good negotiation skill
