Job Description

Job Description:
  • Oversee and coordinate Volunteer Management Programmes (including Parent Volunteer Groups, Corporate Social Responsibility, Mainstream Schools’ Community Involvement Programmes).
  • Manage media relations and press release activities in conjunction with ARC(S) and Pathlight School events.
  • Manage and build Alumni, donor and corporate partners’ relations and related fundraising and/or autism awareness events.
  • Management of ARC(S) and Pathlight School Websites Content and General Queries emails.
  • Management and coordination of Open House and other ad-hoc learning visits.
  • Lead and coordinate publication of ARC(S) Annual Report and Monthly E-Newsletters.
  • Manage Crisis Communication, Social Media Communication and Media Monitoring.
  • Safeguard ARC(S)’s and Pathlight School’s identity and reputation.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Communications/Marketing/Business Administration preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of corporate and media relations with proven track record in a leadership role
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical, meticulous and resourceful.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment with people of various management levels.
  • Desire to learn about Autism and the passion to contribute to the delivery of quality services to the autism community and stakeholders involved.
