Ensure project executed in Compliance with tender/Contract.
Provide contractual management of project.
Manage & prepare all contract documentation.
Control and monitor project cost.
Evaluate claims for progress payment, variation and final accounts.
Negotiate with clients, subcontractor and consultant on contract and cost issues.
Manage dispute resolution.
Posses degree in Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Min 10-15 years working experience in Contract Administration in Building and Infrastructure.
Experience and knowledgeable in various forms of contract ie. JKR/PAM/FIDIC/PUTRAJAYA sub-contract.
Experience in pre-contract bid risk assesment on contractual matters.
Experience in handling post-contract contractual claims and cost recovery.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Posses good leadership qualities and integrity.
Self motivated with passion for details and resourceful.
