Handling payroll operation and its efficient and continuous process improvement
Ensure staff database both of hardware and software (HRC System) are consistency complete and correct
Support and coach HR on Site team in term of payroll support, compensation and benefit policy compliance
Partnering with HRD team for annual employee performance appraisal and increment including staff’ promotion, to ensure the process & its outcome consistency and reliability.
Partnering with Recruitment team in term of hiring and employment relates compensation and staff data, to ensure labor law and work procedure alignment.
Develop and support labor cost reports and related data analysis on regular basis.
Handling Compensation & Benefit Management Strategic Supports Talent Management, Career Development, Staff Retention and Attraction.
Ensure the staffs’ data, compensation and benefits are handled under quality management policy and procedures.
Bachelor/ Master of Degree in Human Resources Management, HROD, Finance or Accounting.
At least 5 years of experiences relate Payroll, Compensation & Benefit Management and HRIS. If you have worked in HRM Project Management, HR Data Analysis, Salary Structure &, Compensation design, Job Analysis will be advantage.
Experienced in related industries; transportation, Logistic or Manufactory that have at least 250 headcounts.
Having at least 2 years of supervisory experiences
Have good knowledge in labor law relates compensation and benefit and working under quality management system
Having good commands of English and expert in MS-Excel are advantage.
