Job Description


  • Responsible for overall compliance of compensation and benefits practices to local statutory regulations such as mandatory salary increase requirements.

  • In charge of major Corporate C&B programs execution, which include Performance Management, Salary Increment, Variable Pay, and other Rewards and Recognition programs.

  • Provide oversight in ensuring Performance Based Compensation in line with corporate directions, which include

    • Reviewing increase recommendations by managers, etc

    • ­Ensure internal and external compensation equity



  • Responsible for country salary budgeting

  • Establish and maintain competitive local pay ranges

    • Work with leading compensation survey vendors on reliable and relevant market data

    • Establish local market salary ranges

    • Conduct Benefits review, provide proposals to benefits renewal / changes

    • Apply understanding of competitive benchmark and trends in the area of cash compensation as well as benefits which brings about effective talent attraction and retention.



  • Monitor competitive market data and trends and incorporate such market intelligence into C&B program proposals.

  • Actively contributes and participates in global compensation and benefit programs design to ensure local legal requirements/implications and market trends are considered.

  • Work with Local and Global HR to establish and maintain a comprehensive job structure and current job descriptions, allowing for the planning and charting of career path for employees across all organizations.

  • Effective deployment of C&B program to all levels of employees.

  • Provide professional advice and support to managers in making compensation decisions.

  • Provide leadership to team and improve operations and streamline work processes to achieve process efficiency.

Job Requirements


  • B.S. Degree in business and/or HRM preferred

  • At least 8 years of HR working experience in the area of Compensation and Benefits section

  • Good communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).

  • Highly-developed interpersonal and people management/development skills.

  • Self motivated
