Develop and Increase the company’s presence in new sectors of Logistics and Freight forwarding in Myanmar
Develop, review, and report on the business development’s strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the operations team
Accountable for gathering market data on the various market segments and conducting intensive research/analysis pertaining to channel development
Develop and coordinate with our affiliates within the region to develop new services for our customers.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent and Age not over 35 years.
Experience in Freight Forwarding ( Sea & Air ) / Shipping Sales with proven track records minimum 10 years
Assist in preparing business plan and formulate sales strategies to achieve sales results
Experience in leading a team of salesman to develop new business opportunities
Able to work/manage sales and service in a highly competitive environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Customer-focused, result-driven and sales-oriented
Good command of written and spoken English and computer literate
