Report to the President, you will be fully responsible for the P&L for the beer business of the company; and to work closely with the President to drive the change in business model, direct the team to adapt with the changes to further increase market penetration and market share to drive revenue growth. To be achievable, you are expected to be able:
To lead and supervise the sales team to achieve the annual and monthly sales targets.
To lead in the formulating of marketing budget and the preparation of sales report to Top Management on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
To maintain rapport and closed relationship with our business partners, and proactively identify and capture new business opportunities.
To lead the marketing team to develop and implement marketing and promotional programs and activities to support the operations of the business.
To acquire and collect market information including competitor movement to help prepare and formulate sales forecasts, budgets and analysis reports.
To ensure long term sustainability and scalable business development, you are tasked with the leadership to initiate people management of the team to up-skill and develop their abilities to meet with the business objectives of the company.
To perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.
Degree holder in business administration or equivalent, with a MBA will be advantageous
At least 15 years' business development and sales management experience with at least 8 years at managerial level, preferably gained from sizable organizations in food, beverage or FMCG industries
Extensive experience in developing, expanding and managing distributors and wholesalers network for the relevant businesses
Proven track records in managing sizable business with exposure in the ASEAN markets will be a plus
High level of business acumen, result-oriented, organized and self-motivated
