Job Description

  • Oversees the Insured Claims team, assisting the Manager
  • Serves as technical resource to subordinates and others in the department.
  • System and process enhancement (Insured Claims).
  • Ensure quality claims services is provided to clients.
  • Vendor management to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Participates in performance reviews, salary recommendations & coordinates training and development.
  • Sub-Manage Third Party Administrator / Call Centre

Job Requirements

  • Strong Communication and PC Skills, in particular, in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong Leadership in ensuring team cohesiveness
  • Meticulous; Independent; Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Min. Diploma Holder
  • Need to have min. 3 years experience in Flex/Insurance
