Job Description

  • Directs and controls all subordinate staff to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met

  • Provides guidance and assistance to the outlet employees helping them in the execution of their duties and responsibilities

  • Liaises with chemical suppliers to ensure consistent quality of product and on-going training support

  • Prepares duty rosters, and implements vacation and public holiday schedules.

  • Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.

  • Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.

Job Requirements

  • At least vocational certificate with preference of Bachelor degree in any field

  • At least 2 year experience in Chief Stewarding

  • Good in inter-personality and creative skill

  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English Communication skill and Computer literate

  • Pre-opening experience is a plus.
